House Hunting 101

So Jason and I have decided to spend our evenings after dinner to do some house hunting :) We have done this before, but nothing perfect has come our way and we are being very patient and continuing to save money until we find "the one" *pat on the back* It seems as if every time we think we find potential, we actually just get a little more confused in the house hunting game! Prime example.....

This little southern charmer was ADORABLE! High ceilings, 1900's crown molding and original hardwoods! Right up my alley :) I love older homes because of the original architecture, not to mention, back then, they were smart enough to put fireplaces ALL OVER THE HOUSE! Amazing! Here is the catch.... after walking around the house for about 30 mins looking for the "other 2 bedrooms " ( I had only seen 1) the Realtor and I came to realize that the two gigando closets and one tiny mouse office were were the owners were subbing for "bedrooms". CRAZY huh? Needless to say, we are no longer going to be hunting this house. Loving the learning process of the real estate world.........
