30 weeks

10 weeks or less boys and girls!!!

Today I had a GREAT 30 week appointment !! Mostly because this guy got to join me :) 

Even though Blakely didn't cooperate with us for his 4-D shoot.....see example below

Yes, he kept his hand in front of his face the entire time. What a diva ! 

We were ok with it though, since it is only a few short weeks until we get to see him in person :) Blakely is weighing in a 3lbs and 6 ozs and is measuring at around 30 weeks and 2 days, which would be a July 10th due date if I last the full 40 weeks. Now.... If you remember from my first baby post, I KNEW that my actual due date was July 10th from the beginning! The best news is that we no longer have a breech baby on our hands! That's right, Blakely is now head down and ready to be welcomed into the world. That finally explains the constant pressure under my ribs when I am sitting at my desk everyday! I go back to the Doctor in three weeks, May 21st, and then I go in two weeks...... then EVERY WEEK!! Dr. Williams said he is going to check me in 5 weeks to see how progressed I am and to see if I am dilated yet. Um, excuse me 5 weeks?!?! With the way these weeks have been flying by, that will be in NO TIME!

and I cannot wait to put him in this every night........

This is Jason's cradle from when he was a baby and I am so thankful that my sweet mother in law took the time to refinish it for Blakely to  use. Isn't it beautiful???

Official Countdown : 70 days to go ~ Where did April go?!

Current Belly Measurement: 39 3/4 inches 

Weight Gain: 20 lbs on the dot. I love the Dr.'s scale!!  Blakely now weighs 3 lbs and 6 ozs!!

How am I feeling???: Feeling GREAT! 

Foods I love : I have had no particular cravings this week......

My current "no thank you " foods: I am not turning my nose up at ANYTHING these days! It's nice to be back......

What I am looking forward to : My first baby shower is in 9 days!! YIPPEE!! I am excited to see all of my family and out of town friends that are coming to celebrate with us :) Yes, that means YOU, Sunny, Joey, Jamie, Chris, McKenzie,Nic, Ms. Rhonda, Alicia, Mandy, Melody and Emily!!

Thank you to my sweet friend Andi for sending Blakely such a thoughtful care package this week :) Our baby boys are due only two days apart and we have become good friends over this whole journey. Our mom's are friends and we were brought together by our pregnancies, which I think is super cool~ You can check out her blog here!
